Whether you are finding it challenging to find the right staff or just require flexibility in your business to manage your administration, Work Wise Learning offers support packages to help. Services include both general day-to day administration and supervisor support.
Level 1 - Day To Day Support
Services include: Class Setup & Maintenance, Resource Updates & Uploading, Student Enrolment Support, AVETMISS (Australia) Troubleshooting, General Data Entry
Level 2 - Supervisor Suppor
Services Include: Program Setup & Rollout, Workflow Reviews & Changes, Supervisor Meetings, Periodic Program Review
Start Up & Ongoing Support
To begin with we’ll meet to discuss the areas that need support and propose a support plan to suit. Typically the initial 4 week program includes Supervisor support and meeting to ensure we’re meeting expectations and highlighting changes that are needed to get the most from your support. Then we offer a dedicated general support resource with availability up to 38 hours per week (but typically less). Following the initial 4 week period Supervisor support is not usually required and the general support resource would remain available. Support packages excludes your LMS/SMS providers'own training or direct student communication outside of the LMS/SMS internal communications systems. The program operates on a 4 week rolling schedule with payment required in advance of each period. We provide activity reports at the end of each period and can add Supervisor support when required.
Pricing
Level 1 administration support starts from $40 (AUD) per hour. Level 2 Supervisor support starts from $60 (AUD) per hour. Pricing is based on the hours per week required and the duration of the contract. We offer periodic supervisor check ups if required.
